This property is a refurbished rustic-style villa located in the southern island of Ibiza, specifically 2 km from the village of Es Cubells and 4 km from the town of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia.

The location, in the middle of the forest, in a quiet and relaxed area, and at the same time with a very good access, allows the visitor to disconnect from the characteristically busy Ibiza lifestyle.

The house consists of 6 double bedrooms, 1 single/staff bedroom (all of them equipped with Air Conditioning) and 6 fully equipped bathrooms, 2 bungalows, 2 enclosed garage spots for 4 cars and another exterior one for 3 cars.

In addition, the house has 2 indoor living rooms and an outdoor one, a BBQ area, swimming pool, padel court, table football, billiards and table tennis. Regarding safety, the villa has an alarm system in both bungalows and it is fully equipped with a modern CCTV system that continually records the area.
